- The Mid-Atlantic African American Genealogy Conference will bring
together nationally-known specialists in Cherry Hill, NJ to convey the
wealth of resources and techniques available for African American
genealogical research.

- The National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) presents
its fourth annual genealogy fair! This year’s program will include
three tracks of sessions: general genealogy, World War I, and the
Works Progress Administration (WPA). Speakers will encourage family
historians to research their families using the records of the
National Archives.
This event is free and open to the public. No reservations are
required.

Maryland Chapter of AAHGS will partner with the Church of Jesus Christ

Historical Society to present our third annual Juneteenth Genealogical
Seminar, "Footprints and Roots." The keynote speaker
will be Dr. Sandra Jowers-Barber, Professor of History at the
University of the District of Columbia.
