Family Reunions

In the AAHGS community a family reunion, a staple in the African-American culture since the days of the Great Migration was a way that relatives stayed in touch with those who moved up North. Family reunions is an opportunity to reconnect with relatives from multiple generations, and to share oral history and to learn about our history.

AAHGS provides this Community Bulletin Board as a way in this fast-paced and over-worked society for our members and guests to staying in touch with family members near and far.

Although we have strict members guidelines for the use of our Bulletin Board, AAHGS takes no responsibility and/or liability for the contents posted.
