Help Us to Help Each Other, Lord: The Story of Morningstar Tabernacle No. 88 of Cabin John, Maryland
A documentary short film exploring the history of Morningstar Tabernacle No. 88 and the vital role African American benevolent societies played during the era of racial segregation in Maryland.
Premiering June 3, 2025 at 6pm at Round House Theatre in Bethesda, MD. There will be a pre-screening reception, viewing of the documentary, and a panel discussion.
