Enhanced Exhibitor Listing

Promote your company before, during and after the conference with an Enhanced Exhibitor Listing. With an enhanced listing, attendees will be able to see:

• Access social media links from the Online Exhibitor Directory & Floor Plan

Your 50-word description will also be included in the Conference App.

Push Notifications

Exhibitor Push Notifications help exhibitors and sponsors announce a presentation at their booth, do a countdown to a product launch, or announce the winner of your prize giveaways. AAHGS will notify attendees on your behalf via their mobile device during the conference. Your message cannot exceed 20 words.

Conference Mail List

Reach conference attendees by using the pre-show attendee list to send a mailer. The list will be available to exhibitors approximately 6 weeks prior to the show. Your targeted mailer could get the right buyer to visit your booth!
