The conference room rate is available beginning on Sunday, October 6th through Sunday, October 13^th. for those wanting to arrive early to conduct personal research or attend the pre-conference tours which take place October 7-11, 2019.

ATTENTION: Please be advised that, if you reserve a room in the AAHGS block, College Park Marriott Hotel and Conference Center will charge you a deposit of one night’s stay plus tax. This deposit will be refunded if you cancel by September 9^th. Otherwise, it will be applied toward your final bill.

Cancel by September 9, 2019 without penalty. Later cancellations or no shows from October will be charged $157.07.
