This Souvenir Booklet commemorates the Annual National Conference of AAHGS. Purchasing an ad can be used to showcase individual research, family tree information, church, civic, or organization projects as well. This would be a perfect opportunity to introduce your works, published articles, books, upcoming family reunions, memorials of ancestors passed on and/or recognition of individuals or groups that have worked diligently at preserving African American heritage and culture.

Ads will not be finalized until payment is received. Email all photos and PDFs to ads@aahgs.org. Your payment must be received by August 31, 2018. Ads are not final until payment is received. Please use the online payment registration link above, to ensure your ad is secured.

Pictures must be submitted in electronic format (email), as an attachment. Microsoft Word and Adobe Acrobat (*.pdf) format only. Due to the printing deadline, if sent in PDF format, it must be camera ready.

If you do not have Microsoft Office or Adobe Acrobat Pro on your computer, you may use either Microsoft OneDrive's Word Online or Google Docs.
